This album was inspired by the 5Rhythms, a movement method developed by Gabrielle Roth (of blessed memory). It is a whole wave cycle consisting of 5Rhythms as the main idea is transitions between one rhythm to another.

The Album suited for movement and dance therapy workshops, 5Rhythms workshops, and people who like to listen and dance for pleasure. The album was recorded at Feedback Studios - Beer Sheba, Sound editor and Mix - Itamar Abuhazera.
